The issue of pineapple on a pizza has divided people for a long time. It is one of those things that you either really love or really hate.

The salad is something that you will see very often in Italy but don’t expect to be spoiled for choice when it comes to salad dressings. You might prefer ranch dressing at home, but here the dressing is a simple blend of extra virgin olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar and just a light sprinkle of salt.
